Saqib brought business owners from across the West Midlands together at Copt Heath Gold Club for his January business forum breakfast. The event saw over 30 local business owners convene to discuss numerous topics pertaining to business in the Solihull borough with Saqib and guest speaker Andy Street, Mayor of the West Midlands.
The forum is an opportunity for business owners to develop their local networks and discuss pressing issues. The topics covered included, the economy, business growth, police reform and business rates reform. Saqib chaired the discussion with both Saqib and Andy answering questions from attendees about the future of business in Solihull and the West Midlands.
Saqib, as former President of the Greater Birmingham Chamber of Commerce and Andy, as former Managing Director of John Lewis, both recognise the important role local businesses play in the community and are committed to helping them flourish.
