Earlier this Saqib chaired a breakfast roundtable meeting with some of the country’s leading cultural stakeholders.
Saqib commented "It was interesting to hear different perspectives about ways to grow the UKs culture industry and how we as a country can contribute further to the global cultural scene.
I am a firm believer that the United Kingdom is a world leader in culture, with tourism being a substantial contributor to the UKs economic growth.
I am proud to serve as the Shadow Minister of State for Culture, Media and Sport and I will continue to champion the growth of this vital sector."
